We’ve had fantastic luck shooting coyotes with this offering. In every test we've performed, this round outperforms the .22-250, delivering exceptional accuracy and terminal results. While it runs slower than traditional 55 gr V-MAX loads, the superior ballistic coefficient and moderate velocity work exactly as intended.
Even from a 16" AR-15, this cartridge maintains a flat trajectory out to 300 yards, giving it serious versatility in the field. However, for reliable terminal performance, these bullets need to maintain at least 2,000 FPS at point of impact. Within that velocity threshold, the ELD-VT™ performs with devastating effect.
