Pro Build Tips

• Clean and Lube After Each Use – It only takes a few moments to remove your BCG and charging handle for cleaning. Do it every time for optimal performance.

• Initial Fitment Check – If you remove the bolt for headspace testing, first test the carrier body (without the bolt) in the upper. It should slide freely with no hangups.

• Check Gas Key Fit – Fit between the gas key and gas tube should be snug—not overly tight or sloppy. Check operation both with and without the charging handle.

• Lubrication Points – Apply a thin coat of lubricant to all contact surfaces between the carrier and the inside of the upper receiver.

Tuning Tips

• Tune Smart – An over-gassed rifle will wear your bolt prematurely. Proper gas tuning improves longevity and reliability.

• Inspect Regularly – During each cleaning, check the bolt lugs and cam pin track for signs of peening or excessive wear. If you see unusual wear patterns, revisit your buffer weight and gas block setup
