M.R.S. (Modular Rack System) – The Ultimate Versatile Hunting Rack

A Two-Part Adjustable System for Maximum Customization

The TPH Modular Rack System (M.R.S.) is designed for ultimate flexibility and adaptability, making it the perfect solution for hunters, precision shooters, and outdoor enthusiasts. To fully understand the system’s functionality, think of it as a two-part adjustable system:

1. The Base Portion – Adjusts in and out to accommodate different bed widths.
2. The Platform Configuration – Offers multiple layout options to fit your specific needs.

Adjustable Fit for Any Setup

The M.R.S. is designed to adapt to different truck beds and SxS platforms. The base expands and contracts to accommodate a wide range of mounting widths:

• Minimum Width: 52 ¾ inches
• Maximum Width: 63 ⅝ inches

Secure Mounting & Stability

The L-brackets provide secure mounting options with:
✅ Two pre-drilled holes per plate for permanent mounting if desired.
✅ A 3-inch x 29-inch surface area for added stability on your truck bed or SxS frame.

To reduce vibration and prevent scratching, each kit includes double-sided rubber strips.

THESE WILL COME PRE INSTALLED . Cut to fit your needs and remove the white strip before setting into final location. 

Installation Tips for a Perfect Fit

For a snug and secure installation, follow these steps:

1. Measure inside-to-inside width of your truck bed or SxS.
2. Subtract the thickness of the rubber strips to determine your ideal rack width.
3. Pre-set the rack width to be a tight fit within your measured dimensions.
4. Snug the leg bolts, then push the rack firmly toward the bed to wedge it in place.
5. Tighten all 8 leg bolts until secure and the lock washer is fully engaged.

We recommend ensuring that your M.R.S. is firmly and securely fastened. This means either bolting it down and strapping it or purchasing bed clamps and straps for added security.

To properly secure your rack:

• For truck beds: Clamp the rack to your bed and use the bolt slots on the underside of the legs to attach your retractable straps. Then, double-strap for maximum stability.
• For SxS systems: If your bed has a hinged dumping mechanism, be sure to bolt it down to prevent any issues.

Modular Rack System (M.R.S.) – Configuration Options

At launch, we are offering the M.R.S. in three different configurations, with more packages coming soon. Each option includes all necessary hardware for installation, and you can always upgrade your system later. Check our parts listingfor additional plates and accessories.

Option 1: No Middle Plate

• Includes the base rack and two large plates.
• Ideal for a lightweight, minimal setup while maintaining durability and stability.
• Great for solo hunters or those looking for a more customized configuration.

Option 2: Small Middle Plate (Walking Platform Only)

• Includes the base rack, two large plates, and one small center plate.
• This plate is NOT designed for mounting a chair—it simply fills the center gap to create a continuous walking platform.
• Perfect for those who want extra standing space while maintaining an open and adaptable layout.

Option 3: Medium Middle Plate (Chair Mount Compatible)

• Includes the base rack, two large plates, and one medium center plate with a hub insert.
• Provides an additional mounting location for a center chair or accessories.
• Ideal for hunters who need more versatility, allowing a mix of solo and team setups.
