The Coyotero™ .308 Win 110gr V-MAX GEN 3 is the next evolution of one of our most brutal predator and hog loads to date. This round has been a staple in our lineup for years, and GEN 3 represents a deliberate refinement—not a reinvention.

Faster, cleaner, and more consistent, this is a purpose-built round for hunters who need immediate terminal effect, fast follow-up shots, and confidence in thick cover. It doesn’t ask questions. It ends problems.

The Origin Story

The Coyotero platform was born in the brush country of West Texas, where marginal shots are common and recovery distances need to be short. Wade and Papy needed a .308 load that would deliver maximum disruption, even when conditions weren’t ideal.

Originally developed around the 110gr Varmageddon, the load transitioned to Hornady’s 110gr V-MAX for improved  component availability. From there, it became one of our most trusted predator and hog loads—earning its reputation the hard way.

GEN 3 builds on that foundation.

GEN 3 Is Officially Here

GEN 3 represents a return to fundamentals.

We’ve moved this load back to being completely handloaded, start to finish. After extensive evaluation, we determined that this is the best way to ensure the level of quality, consistency, and attention to detail that customers expect from Ally Munitions.

As part of this update, we:

• Refined powder charge weights for improved consistency and burn characteristics

• Adjusted overall length (COAL) to enhance performance and reliability

• Tightened process controls to ensure repeatable results across batches

GEN 3 isn’t just an update—it’s a deliberate refinement of a proven load, built the right way.

GEN 3 is loaded spicy—intentionally. While we run this load extensively in our own test platforms, shooters must always verify safety in their specific rifle.

Velocities below are generated using Ally Munitions’ in-house ballistic engine, based on validated chronograph baselines and temperature-adjusted modeling.

Always chronograph your ammo through your rifle for true real-world results. Chamber dimensions, gas system configuration, suppressor design, and atmospheric conditions all influence final velocity.

This is the round you run when recovery distance needs to be zero and follow-up shots need to be fast. It is blunt, violent, and effective by design.
