At Ally Munitions, "Better Comes Standard" isn’t just a tagline—it’s how we do business. That’s why we’re proud to announce a new level of commitment to quality: moving forward, every single AR-15 barrel we sell will undergo a full in-house quality control inspection before it’s listed on our website.

This isn’t just for future barrels either—we're inspecting all existing inventory. Every barrel will ship with a signed inspection report, so you know exactly what passed before it ever reaches your hands.

What This Means for You

While we can't guarantee performance in every rifle build—since factors outside our control affect results—we canguarantee this: if a barrel doesn’t pass our inspection, it will never make it to your door.

What Does Our QC Inspection Include?

Each barrel goes through a thorough checklist that covers both internal and external features:

• Full outer visual inspection

• Gas port gauging with pin gauge (you’ll receive this spec)

• Receiver and muzzle fitment checks

• Bore scope inspection, including:

  • Chamber, freebore, and forcing cone

  • Internal gas port integrity

  • Muzzle crown (inner and outer)

If we discover minor discrepancies—such as cosmetic finish issues—we handle it ourselves or return the barrel to the manufacturer for correction. You won’t have to deal with it. We also clean each barrel before inspection, and lightly oil it afterward. Make sure to clean thoroughly before your first use.

Every barrel ships with its inspection form, detailing everything you need to know about its QC status. No more guessing, no more crossed fingers—just confidence backed by real inspection data.
