TPH RACKS, CHAIRS, STEMS!

TPH Product Update: Chairs, Racks, and Stems

Important Notice

We want to provide a clear update on the current status of TPH chairs, racks, and stems.

At this time, we are still waiting on manufacturers for incoming product. Rather than just saying “out of stock,” we believe in being fully transparent with our customers, so here’s the full picture.

How Production Actually Works

Like most manufacturing operations, we analyze sales data and forecast customer demand—typically projecting out a full year in advance. Some components have lead times approaching 12 months from order to delivery.

Once product arrives, we still have work to do on our end:

  • Quality control and inspection

  • Packaging

  • Owner’s manuals and installation materials

  • Final preparation for sale

From the moment we place an order to the time a product is available on the site, the total timeline can stretch to a year and a half.

It’s not as simple as “we need more” and then it shows up.

And that’s assuming:

  • No design changes

  • No additional testing or R&D

  • No manufacturing delays

Growth and Growing Pains

We are no longer producing small batches or “weekend warrior” setups. The TPH product line has grown into a major mover, and with that growth comes complexity.

We are not willing to sacrifice quality control to speed things up. Every product we ship is expected to meet the same standard:

  • Made in the USA

  • Delivered to your door ready to run

  • Backed by a solid customer experience

This process is labor-intensive, and it has absolutely come with growing pains—but we are committed to doing it right.

A Market We Built

There’s a reason you don’t see many others doing what we do in this space.

The reality is, this space didn’t exist until we created it.

There is no roadmap. We are building it in real time. And naturally, we’re starting to see similar products show up on the market.

That’s part of it.

What Happened for 2025

For the 2025 season, we projected production based on:

  • Current demand

  • A built-in 20% growth rate

Then a reel went viral—and demand spiked significantly.

Instead of carrying inventory into March of 2026, we sold out by December of 2025.

While that’s great from a demand standpoint, it created real problems:

  • Lost sales on our end

  • Frustration for customers trying to get product

Why This Isn’t Just “Out of Stock”

This timing collided with a major transition point.

We are currently making another design refinement to the TPH chairs and racks. The concept remains the same, but improvements include:

  • Reduced weight

  • Refined design and usability updates

These changes require:

  • New production setup

  • Additional testing

  • Coordination with manufacturers

And here’s the reality—manufacturers don’t adjust timelines because we sold out early.

If production is scheduled for March 2026, that timeline is largely fixed. On top of that, delays on the manufacturing side are always possible.

What’s in the Works

We’re not standing still—we’re actively improving the product line.

Here’s what’s coming:

  • Lighter weight designs without sacrificing strength

  • Further refined geometry and fitment

  • Additional stem options for more versatility

  • Simplified installation process

  • Full, detailed how-to video walkthroughs

These videos will be exclusive to customers who purchase the product, giving you direct access to proper setup and installation guidance.

Why Installation, Design, and User Interface Matter

This is something most people don’t talk about—but it matters.

When you put as many units into the field as we have, customer service becomes very real:

  • Phone calls

  • Emails

  • Installation questions

  • Setup confusion

And yes—even competitors trying to gather information.

We took all of that and did something with it.

We sat down and reviewed:

  • Every customer service request

  • Every phone call

  • Every question

Then asked:

Where are we falling short?

Because the truth is—this product should be simple.

But it may not be simple for everyone.

And that’s on us.

What Changed Because of That

That process led to real improvements:

  • More intuitive design and user interface

  • Easier, more straightforward installation

  • Better documentation and guidance

  • Focused effort on customer usability, not just product performance

A great product isn’t just about how it performs—it’s about how easily the end user can install it, understand it, and use it correctly.

The Honest Truth

Everything is… behind.

But also, in a strange way, right on schedule for how manufacturing actually works.
