Pro Build Tips

• Use a long, magnetic bit during installation for better reach and control

• Always stop if resistance is felt when threading in the grip screw to avoid cross-threading

• Flip your lower receiver upside down in a bench vise for easier access and alignment

• Apply a small dab of high-temp grease to the safety selector detent spring—this helps retain the spring during install and prevents it from jumping out

• Don’t forget a small dab of high-temp grease on the selector detent as well—this greatly improves the selector’s smoothness and feel during operation
