Overview

The TPH Modular Rack System (M.R.S.) is the original, field-proven hunting rack—designed from day one to serve the needs of serious hunters and outfitters. We don’t chase trends, and we’re not copying anyone. We’ve been doing this longer than anyone else, and we’re just getting started.

Every rack is designed for modularity, real-world performance, and long-term adaptability. Whether you're running it in a SxS or pickup bed, this system is built to grow and evolve with your hunting platform over time.

• All racks now ship in raw steel (also known as "naked") COATED IN PROTECTIVE OIL.

• Rubber vibration strips now included in box – user-installed

Later this year, we'll begin offering full build-out kits, including complete install packages, accessory mounting systems, and expansion parts for multiple hunting roles.

What Is the Modular Rack System?

The M.R.S. is a two-part system:

1. Adjustable Base – fits your vehicle

2. Top Platform Plates – determine layout, spacing, and mount locations

You choose from two available kits:

• Small Middle Kit – tighter spacing, cleaner layout

• Medium Middle Kit – wider spacing, includes center chair position, in most cases allows chairs to pass each other un restricted. 

Regardless of the kit you buy, you can run the rack in any configuration. If you want to build your own center filler or expand later, you can. Every plate bolts to the same steel frame, giving you flexibility season to season.

Base System Specs

• Width Adjustment Range: 52 ¾" to 63 ⅝"  (this determines what bed width it will work with )

• Minimum Bed Depth Required: 29 ¼" (how long the rack rails are)

• Rack Height (from mounting surface): 12.5"

• Construction: Welded steel, ships bare/raw

• Mounting Options: Strap or bolt-on; includes L-brackets with pre-drilled holes

• Rubber Strip Kit: Included (user-installed)

• Fitment: Compatible with most modern pickups, UTVs, and SxS platforms

• Shipping: Ships UPS Ground in 3 compact boxes

Platform Kit Options

Option 1: Small Middle Plate Kit

• Includes: Adjustable base, two full-size chair plates, one small center filler plate

• Final Platform Width: ~58" ( with samll middle installed, you can upgrade center plates whenever youd like)

• Ideal for:

  • Safari-style hunting

  • Narrow vehicle platforms

  • Game ranch use

• No center chair mount included (can be added via accessory kits)

Option 2: Medium Middle Plate Kit

• Includes: Adjustable base, two full-size chair plates, one medium center plate with chair mount

• Final Platform Width: ~67.5" platform can be configured any width youd like. 

• Ideal for:

  • Predator hunting from pickups

  • Wider setups where tree clearance is not a concern

  • Solo chair mounting in the center

  • in most cases this allows for your sos seat to pass other unrestricted

Why This Layout Matters

• No middle plate required – you can leave it open or build your own filler

• Small middle layout keeps width compact for tight trails or guide-style setups

• Medium middle layout allows center-mounted chair for solo use and wider chair spacing

• The chair mounting hole on the medium plate is reinforced and perfectly centered

TPH Modular Chair System (M.C.S.)

Overview

The TPH Modular Chair System (M.C.S.) is a purpose-built predator hunting chair platform—lightweight, rugged, and highly adjustable. Designed by Texas hunters, this system was engineered with real-world use in mind. It’s the result of years of testing, iteration, and constant refinement to ensure it delivers the performance required in the field.

This is not a rebranded import. This is our design, built for our hunts—and now made available to serious hunters across the country.

Precision Adjustability Built In

The M.C.S. is made to be customized. It provides a layered system of adjustability across three primary components:

Hub Assembly (Base)

• Height adjustable with multiple bolting locations, giving the user several inches of elevation adjustment to fine-tune their setup.

• Rotation tension can be dialed in to match your needs—loosened for fast, smooth spinning, or tightened down for maximum rigidity in rough conditions.

• Two retention systems included:

  • Quick Pin for rough or temporary locking when you need to stop spin fast.

  • Bolt Lockout for safari-style setups or long-term static storage.

• Integrated storage built into the chair frame holds both the pin and bolt—so they’re always on you when you need them.

Chair Stem

• Adjustable for both height and forward/backward positioning.

• Easily tailored for user size, rifle length, or platform height.

Table Stem

• Adjustable for height and depth (front/back position).

• This level of adjustment allows the owner to fine-tune the M.C.S. for maximum comfort, regardless of hunting style or gear configuration.

Chair Top Options

Option 3: Solo Top Chair

• Features a single ambidextrous armrest on the left or right side.

• Includes 1 TPH Stem for mounting a rifle, light, or other accessory.

• Ideal for thermal hunters, compact setups, or those running minimal gear.

Option 4: Tri Top Chair

(Formerly known as the Biz Class Top)

• Features built-in armrests integrated into the tabletop for both sides.

• Includes 3 TPH Stems for full accessory flexibility.

• Designed for users who demand maximum surface space, mounting points, and comfort.

The TPH Modular Basket System is a serious solution for real-world hauling. Whether you're running game, coolers, or gear into rugged terrain, this Texas-built platform has been tested across frozen rivers, rough ranch roads, and everything in between.

With modular receiver options, a compact vertical profile, and smart design choices made by actual hunters, the M.B.S. is ready to work—and ready to grow with your needs.

Receiver Options

• Option 5 – 2” Receiver Basket
  Built to work with standard 2" hitch receivers found on most trucks, UTVs, and SUVs. Ideal for universal compatibility.

• Option 6 – 2.5” Receiver Basket
  Designed for heavy-duty trucks that demand more strength and less flex under load.

Option 7 – Demo Solo Top Chair (M.C.S. Platform)

This is a demo unit of the Solo Top Chair, built on the same Modular Chair System platform detailed in the listings above. These chairs are fully functional, field-tested, and represent a blend of our current and next-generation models.

Key Notes:

• Same core design and performance as the production Solo Top Chair

• Ships with all parts except the Vortex Radian Ball Head

• Includes:

  • Weld plate

  • Chair components

  • TPH stem

  • Arm pad (1x)

  • All bolts and hardware for assembly

• Mixed finish: Some parts are textured powder-coated black, others are bare steel (naked finish)

• May contain early or final-run components—all functionality is verified

• Built to work with all current rack and chair systems

Option 8 – Demo Modular Rack System (SMALL Middle Plate Configuration)

This is a demo version of the Modular Rack System, configured with the SMALL Middle Plate setup. It includes all standard components and is fully compatible with the Modular Chair System.

Key Notes:

• Same platform layout and adjustability as the main Modular Rack System listing

• Features lighter weight compared to earlier production units

• Includes all required hardware for assembly

• May contain a mixture of components from current and next-generation design batches

• Mixed finish: Some parts powder coated, others raw steel

• TPH large plates may arrive bowed due to raw material state — this is normal and straightens when bolted together

• Ships UPS in standard rack packaging

Option 9 – Rack & Chair Combo (2x Chairs + 1x Rack)

For those wanting a full rig setup, Option 9 includes:

• (2) Demo Solo Top Chairs — same as Option 7, minus ball heads

• (1) Demo Rack System (small middle ) —

Assumption of Risk

All hunting-related equipment carries inherent risks, including personal injury, property damage, or death. You accept full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of these products.

Installation Responsibility

Products such as racks and weld plates must be installed correctly. If you choose to mount components yourself, especially using weld plates or custom mounts, you are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure installation. We recommend professional installation by a qualified fabricator or welder for all permanent setups.

Product Modifications

Modifying any TPH product—including structural changes, custom welding, third-party accessories, or alternate mounting methods—voids any implied warranty and may increase risk of failure or injury.

Vehicle Compatibility

While our systems are designed to be universal, vehicle variations exist. It is your responsibility to verify fitment, structural support, and bed rail integrity before use. Newer truck and UTV beds may require additional reinforcement (such as wood blocks or load-distribution rails) to prevent damage or collapse.

Load Responsibility

TPH products are not rated for lifting, towing, or hauling dynamic loads beyond the stated use case. Always use proper strapping, tie-downs, and loading practices. Do not exceed recommended capacities.

Shipping and Handling

Products are shipped disassembled where applicable and may include raw steel components. Some holes or slots may require minor cleanup using a step bit or hand tool due to manufacturing tolerances. This is normal and expected for field-ready equipment.

Limitation of Liability

TPH, Ally Munitions, and associated partners are not liable for:

• Improper installation or unsafe use

• Modifications or misuse of any product

• Damage to your vehicle, property, or accessories

• Injury, death, or loss resulting from any failure to follow recommendations or guidelines
