We’ve been testing this tripod for over two years now, and it’s become one we really like—but like anything, it depends on your use case.

We primarily use this tripod for:

  • Predator hunting

  • Long-range hunting scenarios

  • Situations where we’re taking more static shots on stationary animals

This is not a tripod built for effortless tracking or constant panning. That’s a tradeoff with the lightweight ball head design, which prioritizes simplicity and weight savings over fluid movement.

Where this tripod really shines is the balance between weight and capability.

It’s light enough to carry easily, but still strong enough to support a rifle setup when it matters.

Ours has held up extremely well through real use—from West Texas hunting conditions to the dusty environments of the Oklahoma panhandle, where durability actually gets tested.
