One thing we've learned over years in the field is simple—hunters lose gear.

Whether it's setting your knife down in tall grass, your notebook in the leaves, or your gloves on the tailgate, dark-colored equipment has a way of disappearing at the worst possible time.

That's why the Cull Buck Field Kit was intentionally built around high-visibility orange components whenever possible. The organizer, notebook, koozie, and other accessories are easier to spot in grass, brush, leaves, snow, or the bed of your truck.

Why We Chose These Components

Every item in the Cull Buck Field Kit earned its place through real-world use.

The Magpul DAKA Utility Organizer keeps everything protected and organized while standing up to harsh field conditions.

The Outdoor Edge Razor Pro G proved to be one of the best all-around field dressing knives we've tested. Its replaceable RazorSafe® blade system eliminates the need to carry sharpening equipment, while the integrated zip blade makes opening the hide quick and controlled. We've also included six genuine RazorSafe® 350 replacement blades, ensuring you're ready for multiple animals before needing to restock.

For situations where a knife isn't the right tool, we've included the Outdoor Edge 4.4-inch folding wood/bone saw, giving you another option when cutting through bone is required.

The Rite in the Rain notebook and all-weather pen allow you to record harvest information or create temporary tags for electronic tagging systems. We chose Rite in the Rain because they're Made in the USA and built to perform in rain, mud, snow, and other harsh hunting conditions where ordinary paper simply won't.
