Overview

Not every barrel needs to be brand new to make an excellent rifle.

This category includes factory take-off barrels, demo barrels, and used barrels that we've accumulated through testing, rifle builds, customer upgrades, trade-ins, and other projects. Whether you're looking for a replacement barrel, the foundation for your next build, or simply a great deal, this is where you'll find them.

Every listing is unique. We provide as much information as possible so you know exactly what you're purchasing. Whenever applicable, we'll include bore scope photos, inspection notes, measurements, and any noteworthy observations.

Barrel Categories

Factory Take-Off

Factory Take-Off barrels have never been fired. These are typically removed from new factory rifles during upgrades or custom builds and may show minor handling or installation marks.

Demo Barrels

Demo barrels have been fired fewer than 150 rounds. These are commonly used for product testing, demonstrations, ammunition development, or evaluation before being offered for sale.

Used Barrels

Used barrels have more than 150 rounds through them. Some may have seen extensive inspection and documentation, while others may simply receive a functional evaluation and bore scope inspection prior to sale.

Every barrel listing may include:

• Gas system (when applicable)
• Thread pattern
• Barrel profile
• Round count estimate (when known)
• Inspection notes
• Any known cosmetic or mechanical observations
• Included accessories (if applicable)

Because every barrel is different, the amount of information provided may vary from listing to listing.

Ally Munitions Notes

Some barrels have gone through an extensive inspection process with detailed measurements and documentation. Others may receive a more straightforward inspection consisting of bore scope verification and a general condition assessment.

We'll always tell you what we know.

If there's something worth mentioning, we'll include it in the listing.

If we don't know the complete history of a barrel, we'll say so.
