Q FIX BAG RIDER
A Better Bag Rider for the Q FIX
We like the factory Q bag rider, but we wanted something lower profile and slightly wider. We've long said that when it comes to a rear bag, a wider riding surface is generally better. It's simple: a wider surface rides the bag better and is less prone to sinking too deeply into the bag. Small equipment choices can make a difference when you're trying to build a stable shooting position, so we looked at the Q FIX and asked the same question we always do: Is there something we can make better? In our opinion, there was. So we're pleased to introduce the Ally Munitions Hard Goods Q FIX Bag Rider. No fancy name. It's just a bag rider—and we think it's a better option.
WHY WE BUILT IT
Shooters sometimes chase problems downrange without first looking at the equipment supporting the rifle. Bipod setup, rear-bag selection, bag-rider design, and basic marksmanship fundamentals can all affect how consistently the rifle tracks and returns under recoil.
Our Q FIX Bag Rider was designed around a simple goal: provide a wider, lower-profile surface that rides a rear bag more consistently without unnecessarily adding bulk to the Q FIX.
It is available in FDE and Grey, both selected to complement the Q FIX.

WHY TORX PLUS 25?
Q did something we appreciate with the FIX: much of the stock hardware uses T25, which helps keep the tools needed for the rifle simple.
Our current Bag Rider hardware uses Torx Plus 25. Every Bag Rider includes the proper Torx Plus 25 bit. The screws can also be installed and removed with a standard T25 driver if you lose or don't have the supplied Torx Plus bit.
If we're able to source the exact American-made, top-quality screw we want in a standard T25 configuration, we'll make the change. Until then, the Torx Plus 25 hardware does exactly what we need it to do.
TWO MOUNTING OPTIONS
The Q FIX Bag Rider can be installed in either direction.
Flat Orientation — Recommended: Provides the flatter bag-riding surface and is how we prefer to run it.
Inclined Orientation: Flip the Bag Rider over and the riding surface has a slight incline.
We specifically selected the mounting screw length to accommodate either orientation, giving the shooter the ability to configure the Bag Rider to preference.
Q FIX STOCK TOOL
We didn't stop with the Bag Rider.
We developed the Ally Munitions Q FIX Stock Tool, a compact tool built specifically around the Q FIX stock. It features an onboard T25 driver, and the overall tool size was intentionally selected to provide practical leverage around the 15–20 in-lb torque range used on the Q FIX stock adjustment screws.
The T25 bit is held tightly but can be removed, allowing the tool to accept other compatible standard 1/4" bits.
We also sized the tool with rifle storage in mind. If you're running a compatible B5 grip with a grip boot insert, the Q FIX Stock Tool fits snugly inside the battery-storage area of the boot. Now you can keep a dedicated T25 tool for your stock on the rifle instead of trying to remember where you left one.
The Q FIX Stock Tool and its T25 driver are American made. When we have to use an outsourced component, such as the current Torx Plus 25 bit, we select a high-quality replacement that meets our standards.
The first 100 Ally Munitions Q FIX Bag Riders will include the Q FIX Stock Tool. After the first 100, the Q FIX Stock Tool will be available separately.

INSTALLATION
Installation is simple. The Bag Rider has a slot designed to interface with the rail on the Q FIX stock. Select your desired orientation, place the Bag Rider onto the stock rail, install the two supplied screws, and tighten evenly.
Although we have not experienced issues with the screws loosening, we recommend a small dab of blue threadlockerduring installation.
Recommended Torque: 15 in-lb
Maximum Torque: 20 in-lb
Do not exceed 20 in-lb.

TESTED, VETTED & QUALITY CONTROLLED
This is Ally Munitions Hard Goods, and our QC philosophy doesn't change because the product is simple.
Every single piece is tested, vetted, and quality controlled. Every single time.
We don't believe in simply checking a couple pieces from a batch and assuming everything else is good. Each Bag Rider is individually inspected before it leaves us. Fit, hardware, and overall condition are checked so the product you receive meets our standards.
Made in America by hardworking Americans.
ALLY MUNITIONS NOTES
This wasn't about reinventing the Q FIX. We like the rifle, and we like Q's original concept. We simply wanted a Bag Rider that better matched what we've learned from shooting rifles off rear bags.
A little wider. A little lower. A better riding surface.
Good equipment doesn't replace proper marksmanship fundamentals, but poor equipment and poor setup can absolutely make consistency harder than it needs to be. We look at equipment first and ask whether there's something we can improve. In this case, we believe there was.
No fancy name needed. It's the Ally Munitions Q FIX Bag Rider.
Q FIX STOCK TOOL — AVAILABLE SEPARATELY
Already have what you need for a Bag Rider but want the tool? The Ally Munitions Q FIX Stock Tool will also be available separately.
It's a simple tool designed specifically around something we actually wanted to keep with our own Q FIX rifles.
MADE IN AMERICA. FINISHED IN TEXAS.
The Ally Munitions Q FIX Bag Rider and Q FIX Stock Tool are proudly made in America by our outstanding U.S. manufacturing partner, and we source American-made components and materials whenever possible. That's important to us. When an American-made component that meets our requirements is available, that's where we want our money going. When we have to source something elsewhere, we choose the highest-quality component available rather than compromise the finished product.
But being made in America is only part of the process.
Once the Bag Riders, Stock Tools, hardware, and components arrive at Ally Munitions, every single part and piece is individually handled, inspected, test fit when applicable, and quality controlled during final packaging by proud Texans at Ally Munitions. We don't pull one piece out of a batch, check it, and assume everything else is good. Every Bag Rider gets inspected and test fit. Every Stock Tool gets inspected and function checked. Every component is checked, and every package receives a final QC before it leaves our hands.
American made. American sourced whenever possible. Individually inspected, test fit, and quality controlled in Texas. Every single piece. Every single time.
